The XRT Duo was designed to eliminate both sizing issues and blowout on pre-molded rails. With dual counter rotating spindles and servo operated carriage that can compensate for tooling size differences.

The XRT can be integrated into a fully automated line to make stiles and rails.
XRT Lite
The XRT.5 is as simple as it is effective. Its features include positive part clamping managed by a carriage break, as well as an HSK 63-F spindle with PLC monitored tool locking for safety. The manually operated carriage is mounted to the frame with precision square bearings and rails. The part is securely clamped by dual guided cylinders for top pressure and one guided cylinder for horizontal pressure.
